Amateur Hour at the White House

It's apparent after fifty days in the White House that Barack Obama and his team of tax cheats and adolescent buffoons haven't a clue. It would make great comedy if it wasn't so serious. Unfortunately, what's also apparent is that Barack Obama's Chicago organizing skills don't translate well to the national level. If the team he put together is any indication of his ability in this area he'd have trouble organizing a dog fight in his own back yard.
Camile Paglia a renowned scholar, writer, and radical feminist democrat also criticized Barack Obama's appointments recently. She stated that if Mr. Obama has any hope of getting elected to a second term he should throw several of his closest advisers on the scrap heap. Ms. Paglia was especially angered by the democratic attack on Rush Limbaugh, and the handling of a recent visit by Britains Prime Minister Brown. The British prime Minister would have received a warmer welcome at the Fred Sanford residence than he received at the White House. Evidently, old western European alliances are of little import to the new left slanting administration.
As a conservative I have to admit on a base level I get a degree of vicarious enjoyment from all the disarray the first fifty days have yielded. However, as an American it sickens me to think this is the best we have to offer when it comes to leadership. Hopefully, as in times past, the American peoples resolve and penchant for liberty and what's right will overcome the insufficiencies of our leaders. Like the old adage says"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." My fingers are crossed.
